If you selected the 'Send Invitation Email' checkbox the Meet Me Conference Invitation
window displays.
1.
Enter the Email Subject in the textbox field.
2.
Edit body text of the email message.
3.
Review the attendee' email list.
4.
Click the [Send] button.
