Servicing the
Diesel-Oxidation Catalyst
(DOC) and the Soot Filter
Service Interval: Every 3,000 hours or if engine

Manual for information on disassembling and
assembling the diesel-oxidation catalyst and the
soot filter of the DPF.
2.
Refer to your Authorized Service Dealer for
diesel-oxidation catalyst and the soot filter
replacement parts or service.
3.
Contact your Authorized Service Dealer to reset
the engine ECU after you install a clean DPF.

Draining the Water
Separator
Service Interval: Every 50 hours

Park the machine on a level surface, engage the
parking brake, and lower the loader arms.
2.
Shut off the engine and remove the key.
3.
Place a container under the water separator.

4.
Loosen the drain valve on the bottom of the filter
canister and allow the water to drain.
5.
Tighten the drain valve.
