If you notice...
Appliance cannot be turned on
or program will not start
Appliance does not react to input
Indicator "Clean filter" signals
during the program
Indicator "End/Anti-crease"
flashes, signal sounds
Program stops without apparent
reason
Drum interior lighting does not
work (depending on model) .
Laundry is too wet or drying
time is too long
Textiles are shrunk, felted,
damaged
The control lamp „Drying" is
blinking during the program
If you cannot solve the problem yourself contact our customer service.
Have the Model and Identification number as per rating label handy.

Program chosen? Button "Start/Pause" pressed?
Door properly closed?
•
Power cable plugged in?
•
Main fuse has blown in your home.
•
•
Is the child lock active?
•
If fault persists: Unplug the appliance, wait a few
seconds, re-plug.
•

Stop the program
Clean the fluff filter
•
If the problem continues: Switch off the appliance
•
and call costumer service.
Anti-crease phase is running (2 hours).
• Switch off appliance, take out laundry.
• Is the door open?
• Was there a blackout? Press the Start/Pause-Button.
•
Lamp faulty? Call customer service.
•
Drum overloaded? See ,,Program table".
Make sure of good ventilation. Check vent slots.

Clean fluff filter.
Clean drum ribs.
•
Finish dry with a suitable timed program.
•
• Dry only textiles labeled suitable for tumble drying.
• Dry only with a program suitable for the particular
textile type.
•
Switch off appliance, take out the laundry, call costumer
service
