2-15 Front Weight Assembly
Installation
Place (1) weight bracket P#(B0026) over each front
caster. Fasten each weight bracket to the front caster
loosely, by using (1) 3/8"-16 x 4" U-bolt P#(K1419) and
(2) 3/8"-16 nyloc nuts P#(K1216) per bracket. When
installing the weight you should have another person
help position the weight. Lift the weight and place on top
of the weight brackets. Fasten the weight to the weight
brackets by using (1) 1/2"-13 U-bolt X 4 - 1/4" P#(K0331)
and (2) 1/2"-13 nyloc nuts P#(K1247) per bracket. Once
the weight is secure tighten all nuts. See Figure 2-15a
for more detail.
