*1 For the wire, use the 2-core twisted cable.
*2 In the event a noise or ripple occurs in the analog signal, connect a capacitor of 0.1 to 0.47F (withstand voltage of 25V or higher) to the
input terminal of external devices.
*3 Be sure to ground the FG terminal.
*4 If used within the analog output range of 0 to 5V, specify the external load resistance value at 500 or higher.
If used within the analog output range of -10 to 10V, specify the external load resistance value at 1k or higher.
Ground the FG terminal of the power supply module.
