ASCII TELETYPE ROUTINE FOR OUTPUT
(AH) = 14 Write teletype
(AL) = Character to write
(BL) = Foreground color in graphics mode
(BH) = Display page in alpha mode
NOTE — Screen width is controlled by
previous mode set
(AH) = 15 Current video state
Returns the current video state
(AL) = Mode currently set (see AH = 0)
(AH) = Number of character columns on screen
(BH) = Current active display page
CS,SS,DS,ES,BX,CX,DX preserved during call,
others destroyed.
