Printer I/O
This routine provides communication with the
printer.
= 0 Print the character in (AL) on return, AH
= 1 If character could not be printed
(time out)
Other bits set as n normal status call
= 1 Initialize the printer port
Returns with (AH) set with printer satatus
= 2 Read the printer status into (AH)
