2. Reassembling Bearing (Tilt mechanism part) and Synchro pulley (N132)
2-1.
Set Bearing 53 , Shim 17 and Bearing 53 to T-Shaft 23 in order as shown.
Set the unit reassembled in Step 2-1 to T-Holder 4 , then set Space collar 24 . Set them into the D-shaped hole of Main
2-2.
frame 3 , then tighten Lock nut 52 .
Guide wrench B: VHJ-0152
Note1: Make sure of the direction of the projection of T-Holder 4 to install.
Note2: Tight Lock nut 52 with the regulated torque using Guide wrench B 302 .
Torque: 300 cN•m (30.5 kgf•cm)
Apply Screw lock after tightening Lock nut 52 .
