Several asynchronous motors with the same rated frequency and identical
rated voltages can be operated simultaneously at one inverter. The motor
power may be different.
Please note:
D The total motor power connected must not exceed the maximum output
power of the inverter.
D Higher acceleration and braking times are to be expected.
D It is possible to start additional motors during operation.
If the module peak current is thereby exceeded, the messages limit
current (I
), overcurrent (F22) or driver fault (F20) may be signaled.
limit
The following settings must be checked:
D I x R compensation
Overexcitation or underexcitation of the motors during operation should
be avoided.
D acceleration and braking times
D direct current brake
A test should be carried out whether DC braking makes sense with the
multiple-motor drive connected.
The following inverter functions cannot be used with multiple-motor drives:
D type of characteristic with torque boost
D slip compensation
D stalling warning
D bimetal function
.
These functions must remain disabled.
