3. To adjust the alignment of the rear wheels, back off the
left and right locknuts on the track rod assembly.
Note: The left locknut is a left thread.
4. Rotate the track rod to achieve the correct distance as
described above and tighten the locknuts securely.

Checking the Tire Pressure

Service Interval: Before each use or daily
Check the air pressure in the front and rear tires. Refer to the
chart below for the correct pressure.
Important: Maintain correct tire pressure in all tires to
ensure correct contact with the turf.

Checking the Torque of the
Wheel Nuts
Service Interval: Before each use or daily
Torque the wheel nuts to 200 N-m (148 ft-lb) for the front
axle, and 54 N-m (40 ft-lb) for the rear axle.
WARNING
Failure to maintain proper torque of the wheel nuts
could result in personal injury.
Ensure that the wheel nuts are torqued properly.

Cooling System
Maintenance

Capacity of the cooling system is 14 L (3.7 US gallons).
Always protect the cooling system with a 50/50 solution of
water and ethylene glycol anti-freeze. Do not use water only
in the cooling system.
After every 100 operating hours, tighten hose connections.
Replace any deteriorated hoses.
After every 800 operating hours, drain and flush the
cooling system. Add anti-freeze.

Checking the Cooling System

Service Interval: Before each use or daily
Capacity of system is 14 L (3.7 US gallons).
1. Carefully remove the radiator cap and expansion tank
cap

CAUTION
If the engine has been running, the
pressurized, hot coolant can escape and cause
burns.
• Do not open the radiator cap when the
engine is running.
• Use a rag when opening the radiator cap,
and open the cap slowly to allow steam to
escape.
2. Check level of coolant in radiator when the coolant is
cold. Radiator should be filled to the top of the filler
