[User setup]
• To add a user, select the empty table in the user list, and to change a user select the table you want
to change with the mouse.
2 [User name]
• Name: Enter the user name using 10 characters or less.
• Password: Enter the password using 10 characters or less.
• Confirm password: Reenter the password for confirmation.
3 [Security level]
• Allows you to set the user level in 3 levels.
• Authority may vary depending on the user level.
- Level l: Administrator level with full authority.
- Level 2: User 1 level with full authority except for Setup,system shutdown and PTZ/Image.
- Level 3: User 2 level with authority for network access .
4 [Use authority]
• Allows you to specify authorities depending on the User level.
• Selections under Use authority include Setting, System shutdown, Backup, Network access,
PTZ/Image and Search.
5 [User setup Complete]
• When user setup is completed, you may press "Add" to add users.
• When user setup is completed, you may press "Change" to change the settings.
• Press "Delete" to delete users.
[User list]

• Allows you to verify if User level/Use authority is properly set for a user name.
• Select the table in the User list with the mouse and press the Add/Change buttons to add or change
users.
• You can set up up to 20 users.
Caution 10.

Note the user level and user authority when setting up a user.
The user name/password are set to be "1" and "1", and the User
Level to be Level 1 (Admin) by default.
