Instant Recording Time Limit
Maxmum Tme Lmt for Instant Recordng
maximum length of a recording that is started by clicking
the Record button on the Monitor window. The default is
10 mn.
Motion Detection
The following two settings apply only if the Motion
Detection Recording feature is enabled.
Record before moton detected
•
time pror to the detection of motion that will be saved
with the recording. Having this additional footage can
help to show the motion more clearly when it occurs.
Record after moton detected

of time that the Camera will continue to record after
motion is detected.
Disk Allocation for Each Camera Recording
Total Dsk Space
This is the total amount of storage
space on your PC's hard drive.
Avalable Dsk Space This is the total amount of
remaining storage space on your PC's hard drive.
Enable Dskspace Lmtaton
amount of disk space used by each Camera, check this
box, then fill in the fields below.
Maxmum allowed space per camera

maximum allowed space per camera in MB. The default
is 1000 MB.
When allowed space s full

when the space limit is reached, either Overwrte
earlest fle (default), or Stop recordng.
Initial Settings
Launch ths Utlty when Wndows started
box if you want to have this utility started automatically
whenever Windows is started.
Click Save to save any settings you have changed on the
screen, or click Ext to exit without saving your changes.
Click Help to display help information.
If you want to use the Camera's Web-based Utlty, go
to "Chapter : Advanced Confguraton wth the Web-
Based Utlty."
