Vegetables, salads and accompaniments
Peanut satay sauce
makes approximately 1½ cups
2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
1 small onion, peeled and quartered
2 teaspoons peanut oil
1 cup peanut butter (see R10)
1 small chilli, halved and seeded
½ cup/125ml water
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

Assemble the Wizz™ Food Processor using the
food processor bowl and insert the processing
blade.

Place garlic and onion into the food processor
bowl and PULSE until finely chopped. Remove
from bowl

In a small saucepan heat peanut oil. Add
chopped garlic and onion and cook until tender
and lightly browned.

Place remaining ingredients plus onion mixture
into the food processor bowl. Process on
a high-range speed until smooth and well
combined.

Return to saucepan and stir over a gentle heat
until warmed through.
Serve Peanut Satay Sauce with chicken or pork
kebabs or peanut satay meatballs (see R6)
NOTE: ALL RECIPES USE AUSTRALIAN STANDARD MEASURING CUPS AND SPOONS.
Crusty bread rolls
makes 12 bread rolls
3½ cups/525g bread or baker's flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant active dry yeast
1½ teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon oil
1¼ cups/315ml warm water

Assemble Wizz™ Food Processor using the
food processor bowl and insert the dough
blade.

Place flour, sugar, yeast, salt and oil into the
processing bowl. Process using low-range
speed, until oil is absorbed into flour.

With the motor running using low-range speed,
slowly add the water through the food chute.
Process until dough forms into a ball.
Do not over process.

Remove dough and knead on a lightly flour
dusted surface. Transfer dough to a large,
lightly greased bowl, cover and stand in a
warm area until doubled in size, approximately
0 minutes.

Remove dough and knead on a lightly floured
surface until smooth and elastic. Cut dough
into 1 equal pieces then knead each piece
well and shape into a ball.

Place dough balls into a lightly greased
8cm x 18cm lamington pan. Cover and
stand in a warm area until doubled in size,
approximately 0 minutes.
7.
Bake rolls in a preheated oven at 0ºC for
15-0 minutes or until cooked and
golden brown.
8.
Place hot rolls onto a cooling rack.
Serve warm.
