Basic food Processing techniques
using the citrus juicer
The Wizz™ Processor Duo, using the citrus juicer attached to the food processor bowl, can process a
variety of citrus fruits such as limes, lemons, oranges, tangelos, mandarins and grapefruit.
Slice citrus fruit in half across the fruit segments. Place a citrus fruit half over the citrus cone, and hold
down, turning the speed control dial to a low-range speed. Keep pressure over the fruit as it rotates.

Place egg yolks into the blender jug with seasonings and
vinegar (or other acid). Process using speed 1 until mixture
is light, creamy. With the motor running, slowly add oil/melted
butter through blender jug lid feeder hole until mixed to desired
consistency. This may take 1- minutes. Do not exceed Max liquid
level.
Place ice cubes into blender jug ensuring blades are completely
covered. Process using the PULSE button at 1- second intervals
until ice is crushed to desired consistency.
Crush ice to desired consistency (see above). To make slurpies,
cocktails and mixed drinks, add fruit juice or syrup and/or liqueur
through the blending jug feeder hole while motor is running.
Place chilled milk, fruit, flavourings ice-cream and ice into the
blender jug and process using speed 1 until frothy.
Do not exceed MAX liquid level.
