Changing the Packet Filter Setting
For the packet filter setting the following cases are possible.
• Manual Setting (LAN to WAN).
• Prohibit setting from the wireless LAN.
• Prevent line connection when the Web browser is closed.
• Prohibit NBT packet routing.
NBT (NetBIOS over TCP/IP) packet transfers NetBIOS data through the Internet. The filter
prohibits access to/from the outside by Microsoft Windows network users.
The setting procedure is as follows:
