9. Carefully turn the complete meter body counterclockwise to unscrew it from Electronics Housing.
10. Remove the nuts from bolts that hold Process Heads to Meter Body.
11. Remove Process Heads and bolts.
12. Remove the gaskets or O-rings from the process heads.
13. Clean the interior of Process Heads with a soft bristle brush and suitable solvent.
CAUTION
: Avoid touching Meter Body Barrier Diaphragms to prevent damage and performance
degradation.
14. Coat bolt threads with anti-seize compound such as "Loctite Silver Grade Thread Lubricant" or
equivalent.

rings, nuts and bolts to the new meter body. For now, make the bolts only finger tight.
16. Use a torque wrench to gradually tighten nuts to torque rating in sequence as shown in Figure
30.Tighten head bolts in stages of 1/3 full torque, 2/3 full torque, and then full torque.
17. Feed the ribbon cable on the new meter body through the neck of Electronics Housing.
CAUTION
: Be careful when assembling Meter Body to Electronics Housing to prevent
damage to Sensor Cable.
18. Screw new Meter Body into Electronics Housing until the bottom of Meter Body adapter is flush
with the neck of Electronics Housing.
