POSSIBLE CAUSE
Rubber gasket not installed
properly
Red float valve in the popped-up
position
Pressure exists inside the cooker
Red float valve stuck at the
popped-up position
Rubber gasket not in place
Rubber gasket damaged
Food debris attached to the
rubber gasket
Lid not closed properly
Not enough food or water in the
cooking bowl
Red float valve is obstructed by
the locking lid pin
Lid is not in the seal position
Pressure control fails
Lid is not at the correct position
for the selected program

SOLUTION
Check the position of the
rubber gasket
Press the red float valve
downward lightly
Use the pressure release
valve to reduce the
internal pressure . Open
the lid after the pressure
is completely released
Press the red float valve
lightly downward with a
kitchen utensil
Install the rubber gasket
correctly
Replace the rubber gasket
Clean the rubber gasket
Open then close the lid
again
Add water according to
the recipe
Close the lid completely,
see "Operating
Instructions" section
Turn the pressure release
valve to the seal position
Contact the consumer
service team
Close the lid for
pressuring cooking or
open the lid for browning
