Symptom
The machine keeps rotating even
after the clutch works.
The continuous noise of the clutch
works are recognized.
Clutch does not work. (LED
indicator does not light up in
green)
Abnormal noise comes from the
machine even after Gear
assembly is removed.
Probable Cause
Part(s) of the clutch section are
broken or worn out.
Connectors of Sensor circuit on
Gear assembly section are
disconnected.
Sensor circuit is broken.
(Sensor circuit is broken,
Connector or Lead wires are
broken)
Controller is broken.
The machine is in an overload
work.
(LED indicator lights up in red or
blinks alternately in red and green.)
Clutch is broken.
Controller is broken.
Rotor is broken.

Corrective Action
Replace Clutch assembly.
Connect Connectors.
Replace Sensor circuit.
Replace Controller.
Check the machine limit capacity.
Replace Clutch assembly.
Replace Controller.
Replace Rotor.
