1.6 Basic Operation Flow

Turn on power supply of the exhaust duct line to rotate the fan.
Use the exhaust duct airflow in the range from 600 to 1200 m
near the frame opening at the upper part of the main body.
When there is a large airflow, conduct airflow adjustment using
dampers.
NOTE: The fluctuation of the frame will affect the
measurement precision.
Beware of Toxic Gas!
Inhalation of toxic gas could be injurious to human health.
Inhaling the vapor emitted from the sample may cause
inflammation of the respiratory tract.
Be sure to operate the ventilating fan to discharge the
vapor emitted from the sample through the exhaust duct.
Figure 1-3 shows the basic operation flow of the atomic
absorption spectrophotometer using the working curve method
as an example. The instrument is equipped with an auto start
function as indicated in Fig. 1-3. For this setting, refer to
section "5.10 Setting Automatic Start".
