Mounting Stators (without Housing) with Mounting Ring (optional)

The following figure shows the mounting coordination on principle. Notice the
special mounting instructions of the machine manufacturer. All screwed con‐
nections, given below, have to be secured with Loctite 243.
You will find details about existing threaded holes, tightening torques and
thread depths in the particular rotor or stator dimension sheet
Mount the motor according to the following schematical procedure.
1. Lower the prepared machine housing over the stator/rotor-package to its
final position. Please note hereby that the stator centering leads the hous‐
ing sufficiently and does not jam it.

2. Fasten the stator flange on the stator and also on the machine housing
with the fastening screws ④ and ⑤.
