Note
Parameters for Serial Ports A and B are contained in NEC ESMPRO Manager, Online
BMC Configuration Tool, and EXPRESSSCOPE Engine 3. However, setting for Serial Port
A is not reflected because this server does not have serial port A.

Descriptions
Enable or disable serial Port B.
Specify the base I/O address for serial port B.
Specify the interrupt for serial port B.
Specifying a setting other than Disabled enables direct
connections using the NEC ESMPRO Manager or hyper
terminal from the specified serial port. If this feature is
enabled, the following setting menu items are displayed.
Select the terminal type.
Specify the baud rate used for the interface with the
connected hardware console.
Specify the data bit width.
Specify the parity type.
Specify stop bits
Specify the flow control method.
Specify whether to continue the console redirection
function after POST processing.
