DESCRIPTION
The Thrust Lever controls are lever type controls that can be moved
forward / aft. Four positions are labeled CUTOFF, IDLE, MCT and TO.
A soft detent is incorporated at the MCT position. A ramp to a physical
stop is incorporated at the TO position. The thrust lever assembly
includes a non-adjustable friction device. The thrust levers are gated with
an upward finger-trigger movement required to move the thrust levers
between the IDLE and CUTOFF positions.
The TO/GA switches mounted on the outboard side of each thrust lever
are momentary push-button switches. The switches are not illuminated.
The Flaps control is a lever type control that can be selected to one of
three positions; UP, TO/APPR, and LDG. The lever requires a pull on
the handle before it can be moved from any position. A flap gate is
incorporated at the TO/APPR position to prevent a single-action
selection from LDG to the UP position.
Ice Protection Panel
The Ice Protection panel is located on the left side of the center pedestal
and is labeled ICE PROTECTION.
