can be separated out into pure materials
and recycling can be implemented. Ask
your Service Center about this.

posed of for free.

If further spare parts should be necessary,
please find the part number on the explod-
ed drawing.

Guarantee

This appliance has a 24-month guaran-
tee. This equipment is not suitable for
commercial use. Commercial use will
invalidate the guarantee.
Damage due to natural wear and tear,
overload or incorrect use is excluded
from the guarantee. Certain compo-
nents are subject to normal wear and
tear and are excluded from the guaran-
tee. These include in particular: impel-
ler, collection bag and carbon brushes.
Furthermore, the prerequisite for guar-
antee services is that the references
indicated in the operating instructions
regarding cleaning and maintenance
have been adhered to.
Damage, which has been caused from
material or manufacturing faults, will be
made good free of charge, by replace-
ment delivery or repair.
This requires that the appliance is
returned to to the dealer undisman-
tled and with proof of purchase and
guarantee (you may return the pipe,
collection bag and wide-area nozzle
dismantled with the appliance itself).
Repairs, which are not covered by
the guarantee, can be carried out
for charge by our service center. Our
service center will be glad to provide
you with a cost estimate. We can only
process devices which have been pack-
aged suffi ciently and which have been
dispatched with correct stamping.
Note: In case of complaint or service,
please deliver your device cleaned,
and with an indication of the defect, to
our service address.
Devices sent in freight collect - by bulk
freight, express or with other special
freight - are not accepted.
Defective units returned to us will be
disposed of for free.

Repair Service

For a charge, repairs not covered by the
guarantee can be carried out by our ser-
vice branch, which will be happy to issue a
cost estimate for you.
We can handle only equipment that has
been sent with adequate packaging and
postage.
Attention: Please send your equipment to
our service branch in clean condition and
with an indication of the defect.
Equipment sent carriage forward or by
bulky goods, express or other special
freight will not be accepted.
We will dispose of your defective devices
free of charge when you send them to us.
