8.0 VOICE MAIL SETUP AND ACCESS
8.0.1 Enroll with Voicemail (first time use only)
Press the Voicemail
button
Enter the your default PIN = <<user ext. #>>
Follow prompts to:
Record your name – press # key as soon as you say your
name
Record a greeting – press # key as soon as you say your
greeting
Set a new PIN
8.0.2 Re-record Your Name
Press 4 then 3 and follow prompts
8.0.3 Log on to Voicemail from Your Phone
Press the Messages
button
Enter your PIN followed by the # key
8.0.4 Log on to Voicemail from a Different Office Phone
Press the Messages
button.
Press the * key when voice mail answers
Enter your ID (extension) followed by the # key
Enter your PIN followed by the # key

8.3 TRANSFER CALL INTO VOICEMAIL
While connected to the caller:
Press the Transfer button
Press the * key
Dial the person's extension you are transferring the call to
Press the Transfer button.
8.4 LEAVE A QUICK MESSAGE IN A MAILBOX WITHOUT CALLING
THE EXTENSION:
Lift handset
Press * and the extension
Leave message
Hang up
