LPAR manager licenses

There are three types of licenses for LPAR manager: Essential, Advanced, and
Enterprise. In addition, there are two types of licenses for the Advanced and
Enterprise licenses: a permanent LP license (with no expiration date) and a
temporary LP license (with an expiration date).
