Spread the paper guides apart.
● Spread the paper guides outward.

Load the paper and slide it all the way in until it stops.
● Load the paper in portrait orientation (with the short edge toward the machine) and the print side face up.
Paper cannot be loaded in landscape orientation.

Paper(P. 40) .

Align the paper guides against the edges of the paper.
● Move the paper guides inward and align them securely against the edges of the paper.
Align the paper guides securely to the width of the paper
Paper guides that are too loose or too tight can cause misfeeds or paper jams.
● When performing printing, open the paper stopper in advance so that the output paper does not fall out of
the output tray.
