Printing Setting Lists

You can print setting lists from the Printer Status Window. This is convenient when you want to print a list of PCL font
types or a list of power saving and other configuration settings for the machine. Setting lists are formatted to print on
A4 size paper. Before starting, load A4 size paper in drawer.

Settings(P. 104)
Setting the language to print in
● In the Printer Status Window's [Options] menu
dialog box, you can specify the language for printing a User Data List in.

Select the machine by clicking

Select [Options]
[User Data List]
Prints a list of the settings for all machine options, machine version information, etc.
[PCL Font List]
Prints font types and images that can be used with the PCL function.

Click [OK].
Output example: [User Data List]
