Problem

Problem solving guide
Remedy
The fan only runs if steam is
requested via the iron.
Wait until the indicator light *
comes on to signal that the steam
function is ready for use.
Fill the water container with fresh
tap water and fit it in the tower.
The fan only operates if the iron is
connected.
Plug in the iron.
Ensure the ironing board is
locked into place on both sides
of the tower (see 'Assembling').
Call Miele.
Unplug the iron or the steamer
from the steam connection
socket.
Press and hold the button j for
longer.
