- Spear the food on the spits. Two
special accessories for rotisserie
grlDing. a meal and poultry clamp,
and a kebab grilling device are
available from the Miele Spare Parts
Dept.
Arrange the rotisserie as follows:
- Lay the spits with the food on the
frame. Make sure that the rims o<
the little wheel on each spit are on
each side of the V in the frame.
• Shelf position
Pul the grill pah hokAi^g the
assembled rolissene in (he oven, using
the 18t runner from (he bottom of the
oven, and fit the spits into the motor
slots at the back of the oven.
The gri temperature can be freely
selected
To gril thicker peces of food more
gradualy after an hiiial high tempera*
lure, contixie grWng at a lowef tempe*
rature setting to cook through lo the
centre of the lood.
