Selecting the Switching Effect
Mixing the Images with the Switching Effects
'You can make the images monotone, mosaic, o bit detect
while switching them. The current image takes on the effect
and switches to another image. The later image appears.
with the selected effect and becomes normal

want.
The MIX button also lights automaticaly

BIT DEFECT
To make bit detect mix
BIT DEFECT image
To cigialy process the analog luminance evel which i continuous
trom low to high, the digital SEG encodes the uminance into 256
levels so that the image wil look the same and normal asthe
ctiginal
when decoded. The 256 levels equa 8 bit of processing
'teu, To make the BIT DEFECT image, the digtal SEG switches
the processing circuit o 4, 3,2 bis and thereby breaks he
luminance
level down into 16,8, and 4 loves.
Fading the Image In or Out
'You can fade out a image to white or black, and fade in a
image from white or black.

Black fade
When you select
an image using the switching lever wth the
fading etfect, the other image tums into the white of black
screen. For example, when you select the LINE A image,
the LINE B image turns into the black or white screen.
White fade
Notes on the indication
' + The INPUT SELECT button of the signal which turns into
the black or white screen flashes,
' + Check thatthe image you want is selected by the image
Postion indicator. To select the image, move the switching
lever toward the image you want.
Press WHITE to turn it on.
Make sure that MIX is it. itis not it, press MIX to turn
