Displays the following screen to create the Commissioning Report.

Default WorkSheets Setting button

Changes this excel sheet back to the default. This button is enabled after Commission-

ing Report was created at

Project Name field

Enter the Project Name of Commissioning Report.

Open button

Select the CSV file to create Commissioning Report. (Multiple files can be selected.

Select the CSV file saved in the Detail Check List.)

Create button

Creates the Commissioning Report of CSV file selected at
