6-2. Network Settings
Equipment required
. Personal computer (to be abbreviated as PC hereafter in this manual)
. Terminal program (such as Tera Term)
. RS-232C straight cable 9 pins - 9 pins (D-sub 9 pins: female)
Connection
1. Open the door. (Refer to Section 3-2-2.)
2. Connect the RS-232C straight cable to the connector (for System Control) located on top of the
MAIN POWER switch.
3. Connect the other end of the RS-232C straight cable to a PC.

4. Launch the terminal program and select the Serial connection.
5. Set the serial port as follows.

8 bits
. Parity :
none
. Stop :
1 bit
. Flow control : hardware
6. Enter "prset".
The network setting information of the PDJ-A640 is displayed.
