Target node has seceded from the network though the command for that
node was received from V-Tool.

V-Tool is abnormal.
Network address part of IP address in the transmission frame received from
V-Tool is different from the network address of the node.
I/O initialization abnormality
*I/O configuration is not preserved or it is destroyed.
*I/O configuration and actual I/O mounting information are different.
*I/O that can not support is mounted.
*Cyclic area allocation of I/O configration is abnormal.
*The head address of talker is not a range of 0 to 8703.
Module parameter abnormality
Cyclic area of I/O configuration beyond the limits of own cyclic taker area.
Token watch time beyond the limits of 1to 255
Minimum permissible frame interval beyond the limits of 0 to 50
