Possible reasons and advice
•
Check the supply voltages on D1
(see page 110**).
•
If the message appeared once, it
may have been caused by a tube
arc that disturbed program
execution. If the message "Err 35"
occurs repeatedly, the single tank
must be checked according to
"Error diagnosis HT and single
tank". If the function of the single
tank is OK and "Err 35" occurs
repeatedly, replace D1.
If the inverter has been stopped
more than 3 times, the exposure will
be interrupted and the Err 23 mes-
sage is shown on the display.
•
Check the inverter current (see
sections "Error diagnosis HT and
single tank" and "P13 - Inverter
test").
•
The X-ray tube may have arced
during the exposure. Tube arcs can
occur if the first exposure after a
long interval is an exposure with
high kV values.
The unit has to be started with
several exposures at high mAs
values. The kV values selected
should be increased from 40 kV to
133 kV.
