Maintenance Check
Check for stress and wear.
Check the brake pressure and the clamping force of the cone
and adjust if necessary.
Make sure all bearings turn freely
Clean the slip rings and check them for wear.
Replace the carbon brushes if needed.
Clean the gear wheels on the crimper shafts and apply grease
if needed.
Check the shaft bearings for play.
Clean the slip rings and check them for wear.
Replace the carbon brushes if needed.
Maintenance Check
Replace all geared belts and chains every year.
Replace bearings at least every two years, depending on wear.
