Maintenance Check
Inspect for excessive wear. Replace if necessary.
Inspect for proper opening and closing.
Inspect for proper pitch (carbon paper may be used).
Inspect and adjust for proper operation and pressure.
Inspect for proper operation and tilt.
Lubricate if the unit is not sealed.
Inspect and adjust if necessary.
Inspect and clean as needed.
Inspect for wear and proper operation
Inspect for chafing and tight connection
Check components for wear and alignment.
Inspect and adjust for proper fit.
Maintenance Check
Inspect for wear.
Inspect for stretch and wear. Check chain tension
Inspect for excessive endplay.
Check hight adjustment in relation to product being run
(product spacer diameter).
Inspect for wear and proper operation. Replace if necessary.
Apply a thin coat of lubricant.
Inspect and adjust phasing.
Inspect adn adjust alignment, clearance and pressure.
Lubricate.
Inspect for wear and proper operation.
Inspect for chafing and tight connections.
Check components for wear and alignment.
