16.5 Predefined subroutine calls
6. Revolutional feedrate
Keyword /
1st parameter
subroutine
identifier
FPRAON
AXIS: Axis, for which
revolutional feedrate is
activated
FPRAOF
AXIS: Axis for which
revolutional feedrate is
deactivated
FPR
AXIS: Axis/spindle,
from which revolutional
feedrate is derived.
If no axis has been
programmed, the
revolutional feedrate is
derived from the master
spindle.
It is also possible to program a spindle instead of an axis: FPR(S1) or FPR(SPI(1))
7. Transformations
Keyword /
1st parameter
subroutine
identifier
TRACYL
REAL: Working
diameter
TRANSMIT
INT: Number of
the trans-for-
mation
TRAANG
REAL: Angle
TRAORI
INT: Number of
the trans-
formation

2nd parameter
AXIS: Axis/spindle, from
which revolutional feedrate
is derived.
If no axis has been
programmed, the
revolutional feedrate is
derived from the master
spindle.
2nd parameter Explanation
INT: Number
Cylinder: Peripheral surface transformation
of the trans-
Several transformations can be set per channel. The transformation
formation
number specifies which transformation is to be activated. If the
second parameter is omitted, the transformation group defined in the
MD is activated.
Transmit: Polar transformation
Several transformations can be set per channel. The transformation
number specifies which transformation is to be activated. If the
parameter is omitted, the transformation group defined in the MD is
activated.
INT: Number
Transformation inclined axis:
of the trans-
Several transformations can be set per channel. The transformation
formation
number specifies which transformation is to be activated. If the
second parameter is omitted, the transformation group defined in the
MD is activated.
If no angle programmed:
TRAANG ( ,2) or TRAANG, the last angle applies modally.
Transformation oriented: 4, 5-axis transformation
Several transformations can be set per channel. The transformation
number specifies which transformation is to be activated.
Explanation
Feedrate per revolution axial ON: Axial
revolutional feedrate ON.
Feedrate per revolution axial OFF: Axial
revolutional feedrate OFF.
The revolutional feedrate can be deactivated for
several axes at once. You can program as many
axes as are permitted in a block.
Feedrate per revolution: Selection of a rotary
axis or spindle from which the revolutional
feedrate of the path is derived if G95 is
programmed.
If no axis/spindle has been programmed, the
revolutional feedrate is derived from the master
spindle.
The setting made with FPR is modal.
