 If the downloading user interface is not displayed after packing during the download, the Internet
Explorer setting may be faulty. To resolve this issue, see
Help > Windows Help and Support > To stop the Information bar from blocking file and
software downloads.

Click the Log History tab and retry the download. If the downloading user interface is not displayed,
perform operations as shown in
and click OK.
