The ECC500 collects the real-time performance data (rated values) every 60s and other
data by running commands, and saves all data to its memory.
The ECC500 can query real-time status data by running testing commands during
equipment deployment, scheduled preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
UPS monitoring alarms are reported indicating mains voltage exceptions, low voltage of
batteries, UPS faults, and UPS communication interruption.
The ECC500 can connect to and manage the fan control system and use the speed
adjustment curve and temperature sensor in the fan controller to control the fan rotational
speed for the natural-ventilation equipment.
The ECC500 can monitor the fan controller, temperature sensor, and four connected fans.
Natural-ventilation monitoring alarms are reported indicating the failure of temperature
sensor at the air exhaust vent, high and low ventilation temperatures, control board and
fan faults, and communication interruption.
The ECC500 reports the data collected by the water sensor, smoke sensor, door status
sensor, camera, and ambient temperature and humidity sensor, and reports alarms over
dry contacts.
The ECC500 can back up its own data and that of the monitored equipment. For example,
the ECC500 backs up the alarm information that is downloadable from the WebUI.
When failing to communicate with a web client, the ECC500 still works properly and
stores alarms. After communication is restored, the stored alarm information can be
downloaded by using the WebUI.
The ECC500 remotely or locally manages intelligent equipment, such as the
natural-ventilation unit and UPS, in a centralized manner.
The ECC500 provides ports for receiving signals from sensors and sending control
signals to meet requirements for data collection and control.
The ECC500 monitors analog and digital parameters and reported data and alarms to
detect alarm generation and clearance in real time. The ECC500 manages alarms in the
following manner:
Display all alarms on the LUI or on the WebUI, and turn on the alarm indicator to
indicate major or critical alarms.
When the major or critical alarms are cleared, turn off the LED alarm indicator and
clear these alarms on the LUI or WebUI.
The ECC500 saves a maximum of 800 historical alarms, among which you can view
cleared alarms on the LUI or on the WebUI.
The ECC500 displays all operation parameters for the monitored equipment on the LUI.
