10.2 Acyclic data exchange
PROFIBUS: Definition of the POM versions is via an array [1...12] with one element
of type "Structure".
The POM number corresponds to the array index.
The length of the data record corresponds to the number of POMs used. The entry for CIM
with I/O module is always available, even if the I/O module is not plugged in.
Data record 202 "Measured values for PM4000 U/I"
The data set describes an HCS function with PM U/I and addresses the HCS.
