2.7 Internal Networking of a Chassis

This topic describes connection relationships between the CX320 and mezzanine cards on
compute nodes.

On each compute node, two mezzanine cards provide ports to connect to the CX320 switch
modules as follows:

shows the internal chassis networking between the CX320 and compute nodes.
The Mezz1 position connects to the converged switching plane of the CX320 switch
modules in slots 2X and 3X.
The Mezz2 position connects to the converged switching plane of the CX320 switch
modules in slots 1E and 4E.
