LED Failure Indications
Possible Cause
No power to power supply
Not a failure. Means that
power is connected to the
power supply.
The power supply has failed.
The cache memory is backed
up.
Not a failure. Blinks while the
base unit is resetting.
Link status is abnormal
No data is being transferred.
Voltage on the control unit is
abnormal. (Reset of the
control unit is not canceled.)

SRAM error.
ENC hard error.
Firmware error in flash
memory.
CUDG error in ENC.
Boot section error in the ENC
firmware, a RAM error, or ENC
hard configuration error.
1. Array power switch OFF
2. Power supplies not
plugged in
3. PDB switch or breaker

Troubleshooting

1. Ensure that power cables
to the equipment are
connected.
