Weighing function

Step onto the scales and stand still until the
D
bar graph on the display stops moving.
Distribute your weight evenly on both legs.
The measurement can now be read off in kg/g.
The scales automatically switch off for a couple
of seconds after the measuring process. Before
the scales switch off, the bar graph is displayed
briefly.
Inputting personal data
Do not use these scales during pregnancy.
Persons with medical implants such as a
pacemaker should use the weighing function
only .
To measure the body fat and body water
content, muscle and bone mass, you must first
input your personal details.
The scales have 10 memory locations where
personal details such as height, activity level
(AL), age, sex and mode (Normal/Athlete) are
input.
Note: If no button is pressed for approx.
15 sec. during programming, the scales switch
off automatically. If the + / - button is held
down, the numerical sequence is accelerated.
Activity level (AL)
Each step corresponds to an individual life style
and affects the analysis values.

To program the scales, place them on a level

Press the MODE button. The setting for

height input flashes.
Set body height with the + / - buttons.

Confirm by pressing the SET button.

Set the appropriate activity level with the + /

10 with + / - buttons. Memory locations
already in use are identified with the
symbol.
Confirm by pressing the SET button.

An acoustic signal sounds. The inputs are
saved.
The scales automatically switch off after a
couple of seconds. To assign other memory
locations, repeat the Inputting personal data
process.
Note: Select a memory location which is to be
deleted. Then simultaneously press the + and -
buttons. The inputs in this memory location are
deleted.
