6436 – Reactor Leak Error
Message: "Go to the Diagnostics screen and run the Gas Leak tests. If any of the tests fail, please export the
errors and contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions."
Explanation: A leak in the Reactor has been detected. The fittings on the ends of the Reactor tube may be
leaking, or there may be a leak in the Reactor tube itself.
Other software errors are listed in
according to the module in which the error is found.
6437 – Invalid Conversion Equation Error
Message: "Conversion factor resulted in a mathematical error while applying the equation."
Explanation: When the equation assessment with your TOC measurement is invalid, this message will appear.
Please review your equation.
6438 – Printer Error
Message: "System either failed to detect an HP printer, or the printer is not currently supported. Please export
the errors and diagnostics, and contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions."

6440 – Datastore Manually Archived
Message: "Datastore manually archived by user. Historical marker only, no follow-up necessary."
Explanation: This warning is meant as an historical marker for when a user manually archives the datastore.
6442 - Fluid Leak in Main Enclosure Error
Message: "Fluid leak detected in main instrument enclosure. Resolve the source of the leak. Clean and dry the
sensor.
Explanation: The liquid sensor is a corrosion-resistant and optically-based sensor intended for detecting large
leaks inside the Analyzer. The sensor is mounted on the inside floor of the Analyzer and triggers when the face of
the sensor contacts fluid. (Due to variations in installation conditions, fluid from leaks may not immediately
contact the sensor.) When a leak is detected, the Analyzer reports this error, displays a pop-up message, and
stops analysis. Do the following: 1) Identify and repair the source of the leak. 2) Wipe up the fluid inside the
Analyzer. 3) Remove the sensor from its mount, making sure to pull it straight up to release and protect it from
