Standard: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.

OpenVMS: The host does not allow LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping.
HP-UX: The host allows LUN 0 to be assigned to a mapping and uses Flat
Space Addressing.
If the host was discovered and its entry was automatically created, its host

If the host entry was manually created: Undefined.
