Ingredients
200 g soft butter
100 g caster sugar
1 medium egg
50 ml milk
200 g plain fl our
100 g cornfl our
A pinch of salt

Drop cookies

Beat together the butter,
sugar, salt, egg and milk
until creamy. Fold in the fl our
and the cornfl our, and chill for
30 minutes.

Pre-heat the oven (see below
for settings)*. Then spoon
the mixture into a piping bag
fi tted with a no. 10 star nozzle,
and pipe cookies directly onto
the universal tray in circles,
crescents or squiggles and bake
(see below for settings).
Use half the quantities for one
tray.
