Ingredients
450 g frozen puff pastry
2 onions
20 g butter
500 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
Salt and pepper
A bunch of parsley, chopped
1 medium egg white

Mushroom turnovers

Defrost the pastry. In the
meantime, dice the onions
and gently fry them in the
butter. Add the sliced
mushrooms, and continue to fry
them together.

Season with salt and pepper,
then stir in the parsley and
set to one side to cool.

Roll out the pastry and cut
into circles. Spoon a little
fi lling into the middle of each,
then brush the edge with egg
white, and fold the pastry in half
to form a semi-circle, pinching
the sides together.

Place the turnovers on the
universal tray lined with
baking parchment and bake (see
below for settings).
