Ingredients
4 medium, fl oury potatoes
100 g diced ham
100 g grated Edam or cheddar
cheese
100 g sour cream
1 tbsp hot mustard
Salt
Pepper
>> Tip:
Hollow the potatoes out a
little before adding the fi lling.

Jacket potatoes with a ham
and sour cream fi lling
Serves 8

Wash the potatoes, cut in
half lengthways and cook in
a perforated cooking container
with the cut surface upwards
(see below for settings).

Mix together the diced ham,
cheese, sour cream and
mustard and season with salt
and pepper.

Divide the fi lling between
the potatoes and cook (see
below for settings).

Serve with a mixed salad.
