^ When you have finished making alte-
rations to recommended temperatu-
res turn the function selector to the
"0" position.
The altered recommended temperature
is now stored in memory.
The next time you select that function,
the altered recommended temperature,
e.g. 80 °C for COOK Universal Q will
appear in the display.
