Programmed Playback

This function allows you to repeatedly playback the desired
portion of the tape which is marked with MARK IN A/B
buttons on the front panel.
1. Load the cassette.
2. Search for a point where the programmed
playback is to be started.
3. Press MARK IN A button during playback,
recoding or stop mode.
The current counter is memorized.
4. Search for a point where the programmed
playback is to be stopped.
5. Press MARK IN B button during playback,
recording or stop mode.
The current counter is memorized.
6. Press PROGRAM button on the front panel to
set the programmed playback mode.
Press PROGRAM button until
on the fluorescent display when you want
to playback between two memorized points
once.
Press PROGRAM button until
on the fluorescent display when you want
to playback between two memorized points
repeatedly.
7. Press REW button or FF button.
The programmed playback is started.
Checking the memorized points
Press MARK IN A or B while
fluorescent display or the menu is displayed on screen.
When pressing MARK IN A and B buttons at the same
time, the difference between counters memorized by
MARK IN A and B buttons appears on the fluorescent
display.
Erasing the memorized points
Press COUNTER RESET button. This button will not

Audio Dubbing

This function allows you to record the audio signal from microphone
onto an already recorded tape. When the microphone is not
connected, the audio signal selected in NORMAL AUDIO IN in
MENU 2 is recorded.
MICROPHONE
1. Load the recorded cassette.
2. Press PLAY to playback the tape.
3. Press PAUSE button at the point where the
audio dubbing is to be started, and then press
AUDIO DUB button.
The audio dubbing is paused and
illuminates on the fluorescent display.
4. Press PAUSE button again.
The audio dubbing is started.
To stop audio dubbing, press STOP button.
Starting audio dubbing from stop mode
Press AUDIO DUB button and PLAY button at the same time while
the VCR is stopped.
